Such a beautiful inn, we loved our stay! Took a cozy winter vacation upstate from the city and loved everything about the inn. Immediately upon arrival we made hot chocolate for ourselves and had some of the yummy treats available in the dining room. It's so conveniently located too, we walked over to see the nearby gorge before coming back for breakfast. And breakfast was warm, filling, and a delightful way to start our day. We even bought a mug to take home with us to remember our time here. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make everything feel so special and personal. They were incredibly accommodating and made us and our guests feel right at home. The Inn was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and the entire weekend felt magical thanks to their hospitality. Highly recommend for any special occasion or getaway!
I just want to thank Amy and her team for such a lovely graduation stay. From the location, to the hospitality, to the beautiful space, to the delicious breakfasts and desserts, to being so accommodating, to thinking ahead of all of your guests’ needs, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice for this incredible weekend. My husband and I recently stayed at the inn for 2 nights and had a great experience. It was conveniently located between the town and the gorge, the breakfast and desserts were really good, the room was perfect, and the self check in and out was easy and hassle free. We would love to go back again.
I CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!! My family friends and I stayed here for our wedding weekend, I cannot express enough how perfect the weekend went!!!! From AMAZING vegan breakfast options to stunning photo opps at every corner, this bed and breakfast is truly one of a kind. Did I mention they made us the BEST breakfast every morning? I REALLY REALLY appreciated how accommodating Amy, Casey and staff were during our weekend. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the commons and the stunning Cascadilla Gorge Trail. With an automatic code lock on the front door, we felt really safe and comfortable throughout our stay. This B&B was truly the romantic escape we needed. If i could give this review a one million star rating, I would do it in a heartbeat!!!!
Stayed here with my husband and two pups for a long weekend as a little birthday getaway from DC. We stayed in the carriage house as it was dog-friendly, and it was awesome—it’s huge, and the bathroom has a two person jacuzzi. The bed was at least a king size, maybe bigger, and was very comfortable even with a current neck/shoulder injury. The breakfast is by far the best I’ve ever had at a hotel/inn, they will bring it right to your room if you ask, and they make delicious desserts for each guest daily. The innkeeper also went out of her way to make sure my husband could enjoy the food & treats despite his food allergies. I also had mentioned that it would be my birthday at some point when booking and was surprised to see that there were decorations and balloons set up for our arrival! Very sweet touch. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or special occasion.
A beautifully restored house that was built in 1880. There are 7 rooms in the Inn and 2 accessible rooms in the Carriage House located less than a minute's walk from the Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12-night stay in the Dane's room. The room was spacious and clean. Service was excellent. When we checked in in the evening and found the room too cold to our liking, Amy, the Inn Keeper, immediately came over to the Inn and provided us with an additional portable radiator. Daily breakfast presented by Casey, the assistant Innkeeper, and her staff was hearty. Daily afternoon desserts were also yummy. Just be prepared that you are staying in an old house and not some soulless new built hotel. The floor boards creak when you walk and the walls between rooms are thin. You can hear guests on their Zoom calls and the sound of plumbing and the radiators. The beautiful wooden shutters don't keep out the street lights. However, none of these affected our sleep at all. The bed is comfortable. The location of the Inn is great. It is a 5- minute walk to Ithaca Commons and an 8-minute walk to Cascadilla Falls. Will definitely stay in the Inn on our next trip back.
